Pretty Math's "Dayboy" Project is Pure Electronic Fun

Pretty Math is an artist with an obvious affinity for the numbers. In his latest EP, he presents his most Kraftwerk-influenced offering yet. Ranging from woozy synth compilations to an almost ethereal connection to the listener's mind through a unique usage of electronic instruments, Pretty Math uses a multi-cerebral approach to create a warm, appreciative vibe. Sticking close to the "Dayboy" aesthetic, the name of the EP btw, there's a dope sunny vibe to his unique approach. After listening to the project while in his presence, there's an obvious energy parallel with the music and the artist that shines through nicely. There's no "housy" bangers here or anything (yes, we're thinking grit) but the canvas that he's created here is exciting, fresh and hauntingly memorable. "Mana Force" especially is a memorable, futuristic tune that gives us an intimate glimpse into his eclectic songwriting world. To celebrate this rare release, he's created a capsule collection with LAST on a beautiful pair of Champion Long Sleeves that are now available in limited numbers. Give his project a listen & make sure to follow this emerging Canadian artist on the gram to see if he'll flip this reality into a new project.
